Our Story

Welcome to our bakery, where every dessert is made with care and creativity! We’re Ariel and Avi, the husband-and-wife team behind this sweet adventure. With a small, dedicated staff, we’re passionate about creating artisanal, handcrafted desserts.

For Ariel, baking has been a lifelong love. As a child, she spent countless hours in the kitchen helping her mom and dreaming up sweet creations. She became known for bringing cakes to school for her friends’ birthdays and always knew she wanted to open her own bakery. After studying hospitality, she pursued her passion further in Israel, at the Estella Baking and Pastry School, and in France, where she became an internationally certified pastry chef.

What began as a home-based passion project in 2015 has grown into a flourishing business. Avi’s expertise in operations helped shape their focus on wholesale, bringing their delicious creations to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars throughout Brooklyn and beyond. Together, Ariel and Avi have worked tirelessly to grow their business, which now spans both wholesale and event catering, with a team dedicated to quality and creativity.

Now based in Brooklyn, NY everything we make is 100% from scratch, baked fresh, and crafted with attention to detail. Whether for wholesale or special events, we’re dedicated to delivering the best and helping celebrate life’s sweetest moments with you.
